    Winter Snowshoe and Wine Tasting Tours at Three Dog Winery

    Experience the magic of winter with a guided snowshoe tour through our stunning 100-acre vineyard estate! Trek through snow-dusted vineyards, tranquil cedar and pine forests to get to our sugar shack for a wine tasting around a bonfire and light lunch.

    What's Included?

    Snowshoe Rental: We provide the snowshoes, you bring the spirit of adventure! 

    A Light Lunch: Refuel after your hike with a delicious and satisfying light lunch.

    Outdoor Wine Tasting: Savor the flavors of Three Dog wines amidst the beauty of the winter landscape.

    Guided Tour: Our guides will lead you on a memorable journey through our winter wonderland.

    Tour Details

    Arrival: Please arrive at 11:30 am to allow time for snowshoe fitting and preparation.

    Departure: The guided hike begins promptly at noon.

    Duration: The hike lasts approximately 1.5 hours, including a cozy warm-up stop at our sugar shack.

    Return: We'll be back at the tasting bar by 2:00 pm to relax and enjoy the ambiance.

    What to Wear & Bring

    Warm, Waterproof Boots: This is essential for keeping your feet dry and comfortable.

    Warm Layers: Dress in multiple layers to adjust to changing conditions.

    Waterproof Outerwear: A waterproof jacket and pants are highly recommended.

    Warm Hat and Waterproof Gloves: Protect your extremities from the cold!

    Sunglasses or Goggles: The winter sun can be bright, especially reflecting off the snow.

    Ski Poles (Optional): These can provide extra stability, especially in deeper snow.

    Change of Clothes: You might want to change into something dry and comfortable after the tour.

    Snacks: Feel free to bring small snacks if you'd like.

    Important Information - Please Read Carefully

    All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of this event, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, even in the case of inclement weather. The tour will proceed regardless of weather conditions (rain, snow, or shine). Tickets can be exchanged for a gift card of equal value that can be used for in-store or online purchases.

    No Children or Dogs: To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, this tour is for adults only, and we cannot accommodate pets.

    Fitness Level: Snowshoeing can be moderately strenuous. A reasonable level of fitness is recommended.

    Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: We provide a light lunch. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance at wine@threedogwine.com.

    For safety and insurance reasons, snowshoeing on the property is only permitted as part of a guided tour.

From grape to glass

The Vines

First planted in 2001 by the original owners and county pioneers John & Sacha Squair, the vineyard now boasts 10 acres of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Franc, and Baco Noir. We plan to add an additional three acres of Chardonnay and Gamay by 2024
